Kirk Wormington - Executive Vice President, Business Development
Growing up in the CenturionCARES family, Kirk Wormington spent over 15 years helping ensure the success of CenturionCARES’ financial industry clients. Today, as Executive Vice President of Business Development, he oversees an active and dynamic sales team focused on understanding and satisfying the needs of customers in multiple vertical markets including Credit Unions, Banks, and Mortgage Companies, Government Agencies, Public and Private Utilities, Housing Authorities, and Insurance Providers. Kirk earned a degree in Communications and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and currently resides in Tampa, Florida.
Paul Wysocki - Executive Vice President & Chief Technology Officer
Paul Wysocki has served as CenturionCARES’ Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer since 2014. He had previously held the position of Vice President of Engineering and Support, as well as Applications Project Leader. Paul earned his degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) and brings a wealth of experience perfectly suited for the type of solutions CenturionCARES brings to market. A few of Paul’s major accomplishments at CenturionCARES have been the design for the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system as well as the all-encompassing call center solution, CARES™. Paul resides in Waukesha, Wisconsin with his wife Cindy and their two children.
Berny Elsbernd joined CenturionCARES in 1995 and currently serves as Technical Services Manager. Berny earned a Computer Science degree from the University of North Dakota and served in the United States Air Force (1987-1991) in the telecommunications field. Berny currently resides with his wife Julie in Helenville, Wisconsin.
Mark Gengler, PMP, CSM
Since joining CenturionCARES in 1999 Mark Gengler has held numerous positions leading up to his current role of Project Manager. Leveraging experience gained as software developer, project leader and assistant project manager, he now works closely with each client to ensure their satisfaction and project success. Mark has a BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a CIS degree in programming from M.A.T.C. and has earned Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master certifications. Along with his wife Valerie and their 3 children, Mark enjoys life in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.
Marianne Ledvina has been CenturionCARES' Customer Care Center Manager since joining the company in 1998. She developed her expertise with an application software development firm where she was responsible for product documentation and customer service. She also has over 12 years’ experience in the retail industry, with 10 of those in a managerial role. She truly believes in "doing what's right for the customer". Marianne earned her associates degree in Fashion Merchandising in 1976. Marianne and husband John live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and are parents to one son.
As CenturionCARES’ Marketing Director, Bob is responsible for amplifying the CenturionCARES brand and identifying opportunities where CenturionCARES can deliver value and cultivate customer relationships. He was previously Marketing Thought Leadership Manager at Syniverse Technologies, Inc. (Tampa, FL), where he directed speaking and content development activities, including agenda creation for numerous global events. Bob’s telecom experience began during college (Seton Hall University) when he joined AT&T in Basking Ridge, NJ. He has since escaped the Northeast winters to happily reside in Lutz, FL with his wife Mary Anne and 14 ill-mannered golf clubs.
