CenturionCARES is proud to participate in the upcoming SymCentral Annual User Group Conference taking place at the Dallas Marriott City Center from March 5-7, 2018.
This year’s conference is the first under the new SymCentral banner, representing the merger of the former Midwest and South Central User Groups (SMUG & SSCUG). The group includes managers, programmers, lenders, IT and Operations professionals from credit unions that run the Jack Henry® Symitar® Episys® core banking system. Conference attendees will have an opportunity to learn about CenturionCARES latest call center software release, CARES 14.0, as well as discuss call center best practices with CenturionCARES FI Consultants, Ron Schinder and Doug Clinton.
CARES 14.0 includes enhancements that build upon the major transformation of the 12.0 release, noted for its user-friendly look and intuitive feel. The upgraded capabilities of 14.0 streamline call agent workflow to promote a more efficient and satisfactory member experience, and expand the reporting functionality to drive highly informed business decisions.
A valuable security and cost-saving option available with 14.0 is SecurePay 10, a payment processing solution which has been awarded full PA DSS 3.2 certification. This important designation allows credit unions to accept live or automated credit card transactions in compliance with the highest PCI standards, while eliminating the frustration of time-consuming authentication procedures.
